The evolving methodology of the C-Change Programme

Our first C-Change project in 2005 addressed an organisation struggling to meet its goals amid frustration, judgement, and burnout. Communication breakdowns left teams misaligned, while passive-aggressive behaviour, conflict, and a lack of understanding squandered talent and reflected a deeper issue of employees feeling unheard.

Through our collaboration, we had the privilege of witnessing this disparate organisation align and begin to flourish as team members came together and rediscovered their joy in work.

As they learned to appreciate and understand each other's needs, the company achieved all its targets within the year - without extra work, burnout, or sacrificing the renewed and refreshed spirit of its teams.
